Vertical shaft impact crusher is widely used in crushing and reshaping of rock and artificial sand making. It is suitable for crushing of fragile materials below level 9 of Moh’s hardness rather than viscous materials or stone materials containing much solid.

Principle
The material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the impeller which rotates at high speed. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the material which is distributed around the impeller in another form in the form of an umbrella produces high-speed impact and pulverization. After the materials collide with each other at high speed, they will collide with each other in the form of eddy currents between the impeller and the casing, rubbed and pulverized, and then discharged straight from the lower part to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles. Finally controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required finished product size.
1. The raw material enters the jaw crusher through the feeder to perform the first-stage crushing.
2. After the first stage crushing, the stone enters the cone crusher through the conveyor belt for secondary crushing.
3. After the secondary crushing, the stone enters the impact crusher through the conveyor belt for three-stage crushing.
4. After the third-stage crushing, the finished product enters the screening machine through the conveyor belt for screening of different sizes.
